I can get a new laptop but want to use this one up until it def. dies out for good. In other news, I am dealing with a new issue, internet explorer which i updated to version 11, is acting up, the window of Internet explorer has stopped working, A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. How can i stop this from happening?

Nappy,

Don't use IE :).

As for the audio issue are you using it still at 100%? I would expect some distortion in the audio quality if that never has changed since you got the laptop

I do not support Internet Explorer as it is off topic in this thread, stop changing topics from your audio problem as this the the one to get dealt with.

I asked before why your parents will not let you have a new laptop seeing as you have this so called audio problem, so is this correct. Are your parents that strict with you by denying you a new lap top. Have you been naughty at home so they are punishing you...

The audio sounds the same no matter the percentage on the volume. And I need to use IE because I need to do 2 different things, I use Gmail which I check daily, and then use Blogger which uses Google so I can't be logged onto 2 different google accounts on the same browser.

Can you please stop being a bully to me. I get enough of that from other online users. Why should I get a brand new laptop NOW when this laptop is working fine right now. it is just the audio that is messing up.

Hi Nappy,

Arctos is just trying to convey that it seems like there's a mechanical fault here rather than a software or file quality issue.

I use Gmail which I check daily
GMail works in Chrome

and then use Blogger which uses Google so I can't be logged onto 2 different google accounts on the same browser.
Actually, using Chrome at least you can seamlessly switch between Google accounts. I have several for both personal and professional use and switch between them all the time

Uh I don't believe you can do that, it is 2 different platforms so.

How can you switch from 2 different platforms though I don't get it. I think it will screw up what I want to do, hence why I use 2 different browsers.

Google Chrome, Google Mail, There is a connection there somewhere. I've been known to have several web pages open in the same browser and some of the Gmail accounts of which I have several. Crush should know these things young one. He is a Professional in these matters and Arctos has been doing this a long time. :)

Oh I get it, but I prefer the way I do it, I think its easier for me.
Internet Explorer is a security hazard, where Chrome is updated nearly every week...

Arctos has been doing this a long time
I had one of the first Gmail beta accounts in Australia they were scarce as hens teeth to get...

Well I don't want to have to download too many browsers I think using google chrome and IE is fine as it is.

I like Chrome as it stores all of your setting and bookmarks in the cloud. All I had to do with the HP when I got it two months ago was to login with my GMail account in Chrome, and all of my bookmarks, the four apps I use and their settings, and the theme I prefer were installed automatically.

How can logging into your Gmail to check your email, auto=save everything?

You go to Chrome settings and sign in enter your GMail address and away you go. Simple as :poo:.

Google saves / syncs everything for you...
Sorry I don't understand. How is signing into gmail saving everything you do? Like how is checking your email, saving your bookmarks, that doesn't make sense.
