Tomorrow concert tickets go on sale, and I tried going to www.ticketmaster.com/ using google chrome and morzilla fire fox and the website would not load. It says "CONNECTING" but would not load the website on either broswer.

On Internet Explorer it loads and works flawlessly and fine. But again this website does not work on fire fox or google chrome. Why is this happening? What settings or downloads can I do to allow fire fox and google chrome to let me use www.ticketmaster.com/ on their browsers?

Why is this happening?
This would appear to be an issue related to the local machine. I can load the site fine in Chrome and Firefox

Please go into the Start Menu, type cmd

Hit Enter

A black window should pop up with C:\users\something> in white letters

type cd Desktop

Hit enter

type tracert ticketmaster.com >> tracert.txt

Hit Enter

tracert.txt will be created on your Desktop. Copy and paste the contents back here.

Do you use Firefox and/or Chrome for anything day to day?

If not please see the following links on how to perform a complete reset of the browsers and see if that resolves the issue:

Well I decided to get rid of ALL of the virus programs and all of those things, as well as remove chrome and fire fox altogether, then I re-installed everything and everything works fine now. Ticketmaster works on fire fox and chrome. Plus I was able to get those concert tickets I needed to get haha.

So you never isolated what programme or browser addon was causing the problem in the first place then?
